Sheet SMS basic plan allows you to send 5 SMS per day from a Google Spreadsheet using your phone.
All the messages are sent from your phone as usual messages and the price you pay is the one from your cell phone carrier.
To remove the daily limit and send an unlimited amount of message from your phone you need to upgrade your account (10$ for a month)

Sheet SMS should work in all countries. For the mobile version, your phone send the message so you should write the prefix for international number and for local number you can write it as you would write it directly on your phone.

You can install the add-on from the G-suite marketplace and enable it on your Google Sheet.
You will then have access to the formulas =SENDSMSWITHMOBILE which allows you to synchronise messages from the spreadsheet with your mobile application.

There is a security feature which desactivate the add-on after inactivity. You need to re-enable the add-on using the top menu as you can see on this picture
Make sure to use the same Google Account on the mobile application and on Google Sheets, the messages are retrieved based on the account used.
Yes, to send from your mobile phone you need to manually approve each message which is populated direclty from the application. This is due to a security feature from Android, you need to approve each message before it is sent.
However the message is populated and you benefit from all the great features of Google Sheets to create your messages. It should be much faster than to write it
